When are you most active? How many hours can you provide to CactusMC in a week?
I'm active almost all hours of the day, and my playtime reflects that. This week, I've totaled in a day and half of total playtime and plan on putting more. On average, I could provide around 5 hours daily and at least a day of playtime weekly. Of course, like everyone, my playtime can vary here and there because of IRL situations.
What server(s) are you the most active on? What is it about that particular game mode that keeps you interested?
I'm most active on Factions Camel, but I can play on all servers if needed. The thing that keeps me particularly interested in this game mode is the balanced "opness" it provides. PVP doesn't take ages, mining obsidian is easy, the economy is stable, and my faction enjoys it. The community isn't the greatest; we can all admit that, but it's an enjoyable server, and I enjoy playing it.
Have you ever been banned on CactusMC? If so, why should this not affect your chances?
I haven't been banned on CactusMC, and it won't happen.
How do you feel that you would make a contribution to CactusMC with the position you're applying for?
My contributions to CactusMC will be made to the best of my abilities. I've been staff on this server multiple times and know how to handle people on here. I'm somewhat knowledgeable on screen sharing, and that is something that the server needs currently. I can easily relate to the player base and can be empathetic towards their problems and needs.
Why should we choose you over any other applicant?
The community on this server is a little weird, and you need someone who understands it to staff it adequately. Many of the players complain that many of the staff don't play factions, and I'll be able to fill in that hole. I've written some screen sharing guides before in the past, and some are reliable, and I'd say I'm decent at screen sharing. I'd also be able to teach new/current staff members to screen share.
Name a mistake you made during your time here on CactusMC. How did you fix that mistake? What did you learn from it?
A mistake I made on this server was my early resignation. Due to some special situations that were going on, I resigned so I could focus my time on fixing it. I can't really provide the details of what I did to fix it because it was quite personal, but Netflix knows. However, I learned that I could have explained my situation to Netflix better and he most likely would've understood me taking time off rather than me resigning.
Tell us your previous server moderation experience, with proof, if applicable. If you lack previous experience, why should this not greatly affect your chances as a potential staff member?
I've only been on staff on this server. I don't have any pictures/proof of me being staff on Breach, but many people can vouch for me. For Cactus, you can simply check accepted applications.
Tell us your greatest strengths. How would these help you during your time staffing, if accepted?
As mentioned many times in my past applications, my greatest strength in my patience and desire to help others. The next few sentences may seem similar to my past application, but there are so many ways you can reword the same strengths/ideologies. Patience is a driving force that is needed for all people in positions of power, and I'd assume it's required to become staff on a server. You'll deal with players who just want to waste your time, new players, and people that need extra guidance. This fits in with my desire to help others as patience is a dependency if you want to be in a position to help others.
What about your greatest weaknesses? How do you get past them?
My greatest weakness is my tendency to become somewhat toxic, and it's something that has lingered with me since the start of factions. Toxicity is something that is on every faction's server, and it's really a way of life on these kinds of servers. However, it brings nothing good to the server and yourself. I've figured it's not that hard to not be toxic, and it's just as easy as that. I've stopped being as toxic as I was in the past and made myself into a kinder person.
