As you can tell from the title, this is a report on the staff member, 56 Landon, and the faction Asgard or as people like to call it, Assgard. Of course I would’ve put this on the “report staff/player” section that was there in the past but sadly it no longer exists. This report is for the viewing of staff and staff only, but sadly it is public and is in the viewership of all.

    Asgard (Assgard?)

Now the report on the faction Asgard goes on the basis that factions aren’t allowed to merge in order to gain any or all value. The off chance that Asgard gained nothing of value during this merge is impossible, and was also confirmed by a former faction member. This faction member goes by the name VibinWeeb and in the following screenshot[ https://imgur.com/0B0fijX ] claims and confirms that Asgard did indeed gain value in the merge. Now in accordance with the rule laid down, the faction Asgard should be disbanded.

    56Landon (Staff)

My next report is on the staff member 56Landon. 56Landon’s report is laid on the foundation of staff abuse and hacking. The staff abuse stemmed from the players Zurpled, _Bleached_, and me asking for an ss. We simply asked for an ss because VibinWeeb, a former Asgard faction member, telling us he thinks that 56Landon is using an autoclicker. Here is a screenshot of me clarifying what he meant: https://imgur.com/a/7kF8Ip3 . Understandably, you may think that these are just accusations without any proper footing. However, let me say this. A staff member is supposed to be held to a high degree of respect, and should be a person who guides future staff members and or players. Never, in the history of Cactus, to my knowledge, has a staff member been hackusated other than 56Landon. Now going back, we proceeded to ask 56Landon for an ss because he himself said that we should ss him, “[20:39:35] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] *Asgard [Helper] 56Landon [#1 Cactus]: You should ss me.” After this, 56Landon took back his words and refused to cooperate bringing up multiple excuses such as “[20:39:51] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] *Asgard [Helper] 56Landon [#1 Cactus]: Busy rn” and “[20:42:52] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] *Asgard [Helper] 56Landon [#1 Cactus]: Im on ft with my gf and im not even looking at my screen.”. He later went on to said that he won’t allow “randoms” onto his pc but this also brings up another question. If a staff member is allowed to deny and ss simply because he or she doesn’t want randoms onto his “pc” why shouldn’t the player be allowed to deny ss’s? 56Landon proceeded to somewhat lose his temper and throughout warnings/mutes left and right against _Bleached_ and Zurpled. When asked why he did, he simply responded with “[20:50:22] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] *Asgard [Helper] 56Landon [#1 Cactus]: I felt that he disrespected me.” He later told us to bring this with Ben, an admin. We did and he responded with the following: https://gyazo.com/f9defa628fefc9991deef677fa48410a . His first and second statements have a lot of contradictions, but sadly Ben wasn’t able to ss 56Landon as he logged out before anything developed further. No blame of this goes to Ben. Ben was being fair and unbiased and ultimately helped us in the end. Lastly, the following screenshot that I am about to provide shows factions members ordering 56Landon around to mute “these kids”: https://imgur.com/a/9i1lmcX Asgard’s faction members were telling 56Landon to mute these kids and as shown previously, he cooperated. Further, the final third last line of words show faction member “Securityy” telling his faction if he should boot “him off.” We can assume “him” is Zurpled and this further shows that 56Landon knew that his faction member was breaking rules and failed to report them. 56Landon’s lack of actions allowed a CactusMc loyal player to be doxed and become a victim to a huge invasion of privacy. In my opinion, 56Landon should be stripped of his perms as a staff member and be punished in accordance.

That's why I said assumed, but also your report was sent a fat minute back and has been confirmed. Theoretically we could merge and say that we placed these iron golems by "ourselves." Your lousy excuse won't get you off.

The statements about “Assgard” are completely irrelevant to the report.

The report on the merge isn't full proof as the first Screen Shot only provides a member with unofficial proof and no acknowledgement of how much value was actually “gained” if anything was even gained. If so 5 blazes is basically nothing even off the start as they’re just crate items basically and can be provided easily by anyone. Vibinweeb is also Is no longer a member of Asgard so his words mean practically nothing in the ss especially now.

Cactus has a very short history of staff being “hackusated” due to its short term of being a new rebranded server, but BreachPvP has tons of hackusations in the past with staff and will continue to strive in the future. As a staff he did kinda state that he wouldn’t mind being ss’d at the time but he was later involved in something being busy with irl related situations which is basically the same as dealing with issues over discord which is from almost any point of view is understanding.

Faction members telling/spamming for a staff in their discord to mute players is an extremely common thing that happens all the time on Breach that has carried on to cactus and happens on tons of other servers. It’s factions it’s what players tend to do all the time. Whether he muted/warned players if it was proper because you broke the rules in some shape or form then he didn’t do anything wrong. The bad influence from members telling him what to do and how to act isn’t his fault.

LowSecurity’s statement on the boot off could be completely irrelevant to what you may think. He was in faction chat with no harm towards anyone. He could’ve been in a call responding or even talking about something totally different such as responding to something or even a different topic. It was not directed towards anyone with names or in public chat.

    1. The member quoted in the first screenshot was a former member of Armada who told us they gained value from the merge, and there was acknowledgement of how much they gained, 5 blazes. Literally, it's proof, no one is going to take screenshots of f top every hour. Furthermore, as the merge continued in the faction the gradual increase of profit they made with the merge will have a difference and would have seen a gain in value. And your last point, right they are ONLY 5 blazes, but the rules clearly state that if ANY value is gained from the merge they are to be disbanded. Lastly, of course he's no longer a member of Asgard? He snitched and exposed them, what do you expect them to let him stay in their faction? You haven't even played this map, if I'm correct right?

    2. BreachPvP has no merit in this conversation. It was not brought up once nor will it be brought up. And of course I agree with your last point, but isn't a staff member supposed to be straight forward and trustworthy instead of dodging around a subject?

    3. Again, it's not Breach. I wouldn't have made this report if it he properly muted/warned a player. Right the influence isn't his fault, but isn't it a coincidence how Zurpled was muted when they suggested it?

    4. The writing was directed at Zurpled. At the very moment, they were in a fight with Zurpled and VibinWeeb. You have to have some background context on what was going on around that time to consult and create your opinion. What is presented here is just straight facts and it's cool that you disagree with my every point. The point of this was that people were getting away with abusing/breaking rules and they needed to be stopped.

    1. There is no actual proof they could actually have had anything on them when merging with their 2 man faction. The rule about merging is poorly setup and lacks detail because no where does it state how much value is actually allowed to be merged or if any is allowed, it also doesn’t state which value is allowed to be transferred whether it’s players money, faction value, spawners, money. The rule could directly mean it could be to increase current value or future but it doesn’t state either and if in that case then no one should be able to recruit anyone to any faction. A 2 player faction isn’t really considered a faction because it’s two players, remove one player and it’s one person. The rule doesn’t state anything on how big that faction needs to be for it too be considered a “merge” and in this case it’s not really considered a merge.

    2. There is no actual proof LowSecurity saying he specifically wanted to boot anyone offline at all. He said and I quote, “Want me to boot him off.” He a) didn’t direct towards anyone. b) was in faction chat. c) could’ve been a response to someone’s question. d) could’ve been a statement towards something in-game such as booting someone off outpost/koth, the factions base, etc. e) Didn’t say boot someone offline it said boot someone off, meaning literally in-game off of something.

    1. I agree the rule is vague like many others. However, a faction can be one person. Do /f create and you have a faction, player count doesn't matter. As mentioned previously, the chances of them not profiting of a merge is extremely low and questionable.
    2. I hope you know the context of the situation and what was going in within private matters led me to leap to conclusion, at this point you are fishing for a way to leap that conversation and make it point somewhere else.

Yup, so if a faction is considered one person then no one should be allowed to invite people to their faction at all and have to be all alone if that’s the case.

Good job catching onto me making this and how I’m gonna make it point somewhere else.

Your first screen shot is unofficial and cannot be accepted because text is cut out by being crossed out with red. Also in the same exact ss it’s a complete opinion/biased unofficial call on his opinion on how the player feels about the staff “hacking.” Later on you talk about all his refusal to screen share because he is busy, I guarantee if you send full chat log proof of what you said and what he said with the full story it would show you guys giving him a hard time. In the rule:

“Staff Harassment / Claiming Staff Abuse
Making fun of a staff or giving staff a hard time because they are staff. Spamming a staff member. Claiming abuse on staff without taking the proper steps to report them, just to intimidate them or threaten them.”

You’re making a struggle for 56Landon and calling him out with false accusations in-game chat which can result in consequences for you and players in your faction or who else was involved with staff harassment/ claiming abuse on 56Landon before you decided to make this thread.

Ben could possibly debate on enforcing the staff harassment rules, as it is against the rules and would be an equal & respectful outcome to this situation.

The screenshot is like that because there was public chat going on at the time. I can provide the full screenshot. Giving a person a hard time is opinionated for all people, many people could not be bothered at all or they could be bothered by one message. Lastly, I've taken proper steps to report him, I don't know what you're on about.

Luuk doesn't handle these issues, in fact, I do - if I cant handle them I go to blake.
I suggest you guys keep going at this so I can read all sides of the story I wanna see the debate, then I will talk to blake and we will go from there.

Lmfao really? The reason he was in faction chat is because if he said it in public he would be exposed, at the time security didn't know VibinWeeb was taking screenshots, he was clearly trying to be secretive, Ofc he didnt direct it to someone, but the messages before, clearly state hes talking to me, and at that point in time, there was no fight going on at koth, and theres no way he was talking about the factions base, "boot him off" really? only a 9 year old would speak like that. "boot someone off something in game" your taking the piss.
