When are you most active? How many hours can you provide to CactusMC in a week?
During quarantine, I can be active the same amount every day. I can usually provice 20+ hours a week if it stays pumped.
What server(s) are you the most active on? What is it about that particular gamemode that keeps you interested?
I'm currently only active on CactusMC. I don't play any other servers besides cactus. The only thing I play on cactus is Factions. 1. Skyblock is open. 2. I used to love skyblock but it's not my thing anymore. I love how you can build massive bases, take them down, and grind to win on factions. I've also stuck with factions on breach since it started and I don't see anytime in my near future ending that.
Have you ever been banned on CactusMC? If so, why should this not affect your chances?
I have never been banned on CactusMC
How do you feel that you would make a contribution to CactusMC with the position you're applying for?
I can make a contribution to CactusMC but
Why should we choose you over any other applicant?
I feel like I shouldn't be chosen over anyone else. Everyone should have an equal chance of getting accepted. But I've been a member of the breach community for a while I'd say. I learned how to deal with certain scenarios that newer staff members wouldn't know how to. I've also been a Sr.Mod on BreachPVP and I had the most playtime over every staff member. I had the most warns, mutes, bans etc. I also love not being too serious on breach. I mean I don't like pushing f top, I don't get serious in pvp. And if I'm a staff member I don't have anything to focus on besides being staff and a good member of the community.
Name a mistake you made during your time here on CactusMC. How did you fix that mistake? What did you learn from it?
I don't believe I've made a serious mistake during CactusMC. But I've made many during Breach. I used to argue with the players and staff over nothing. Getting them heated for nothing. I've had some life changes happen recently and I don't like to start fuss. I now don't start things and if they believe they're right, I just let them believe that and I don't argue.
Tell us your previous server moderation experience, with proof if applicable. If you lack previous experience, why should this not greatly affect your chances as a potential staff member?
I've been staff on this server multiple times. But the greatest extent of that was Sr.Mod. I also had my own server, testing plugins and practicing my world editing. I don't think that should apply as "staff" but I know how to apply plugins and gotten very good at plugins. I was also an Admin on a server with around 70+ players. I was called CraftSurvivalGames.com. That was many years ago. That server is no longer up and running sadly. I've also been Moderators and Helpers on other small servers. I never took them serious though.
Tell us your greatest strengths. How would these help you during your time staffing, if accepted?
My greatest strength is how good I am at keeping my cool. I can stay calm during very heated moments, I'm always a good sport even if I lose something. Complement people, and make the community better. This can help me when staffing because if two players get into a big argument, I can help it not spam chat, help them enjoy the server better, and keep them on.
What about your greatest weaknesses? How do you get past them?
My Greatest Weakness is that I put to must trust in people. I get people on my 'Good side' then they back stab me. like if someone says they can do something very crucial for me, and I put it in their hands, and they don't do the thing I asked them to do, I can get in a lot of trouble or I'm going to be behind. I just need to work on knowing people for who they are and their morals.
